FAQ

How does SAFQIA work?

Sign in with Steam, post a listing of games you have, choose if you want payment (TF2 Keys, PayPal, etc.) or game trades. Other users make offers — you review and accept the best one, then connect on Steam to complete the deal.

Does SAFQIA process payments?

No. We are purely a listing and offer-matching platform. All payments and item exchanges happen directly between traders outside this site. We never hold or transmit any funds.

Payment vs Game Trade — what's the difference?

"Payment" means you want money or keys for your games. "Game Trade" means you want to swap games for other games. "Both" means you'll accept either. You can mix and match.

How many games can I list?

Free Trader accounts can list up to 10 games. Higher ranks (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond Merchant) allow 20, 50, 100, and unlimited games. Ranks are assigned by admins.

What happens after my offer is accepted?

Visit the other trader's profile on SAFQIA, click "Steam Profile", add them on Steam, then arrange the trade in Steam chat. The whole exchange is between you two directly.

How does the reputation system work?

After trading with someone you can leave a positive (+1) or negative (−1) review. One review per trading pair. Scores help the community identify trustworthy traders.

What if someone scams me?

Leave a negative review to warn the community. Report to Steam at help.steampowered.com. Always check rep scores and VAC status before trading.

Is my Steam data safe?

We only store your public Steam profile info (username, avatar, Steam ID). Authentication is handled entirely by Steam OpenID — we never see your Steam password.
